Atlas Lane collects rent on the 1st of every month. In line with lease regulations set out by the DC government, residents are provided the opportunity to pay their rent by the 5th of every month before incurring a late fee.

Once rental income is collected from your residents by Atlas Lane, funds will be disbursed via ACH to your chosen account between the 6th and the 10th of every month.

Yes. You are free to utilize your own contractors, so long as they are licensed (as required), bonded and insured.

Once we have confirmation that your contractors meet those criteria, you can simply connect us with them. From there we can onboard them into our management platform, and ensure our own maintenance team knows to liaise with them for all applicable work orders.

Yes. Our maintenance team offer round the clock support, working with residents on urgent issues no matter what time they occur, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

Absolutely. There’s no need to lift a finger. Your Asset Manager will settle all outstanding bills every month using the proceeds from rental fees as part of our DC Property Management services. Every expense can be found listed in your monthly owner statement, which will be delivered via email and is accessible 24/7 on our online portal.
