Raised in Italy, France and Northern California, where she still owns a home in Carmel-by-the-Sea, she is fluent in Italian and French as well as her native English. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, with a double major in International Relations, Italian and a minor in Political Science, followed by a Master’s degree with Honors from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, with concentration in international policy and national security affairs.
Following her formal education, and prior to entering the real estate profession, Alexandra served in the U.S. intelligence and defense communities in several roles, including conducting in-depth analysis of political and economic conditions in communities around the world. She brings this focused and analytical approach to her real estate practice, and combines analyses with a thorough understanding of local market dynamics to maximize results for her clients.
Alexandra embodies the perfect balance of professionalism and affability, and is dedicated to building relationships based on commitment and trust. That balance and sense of commitment are obvious in her personal life as well. She has volunteered with the Junior League of Washington, specifically with Bright Beginnings, a nationally accredited child and family development center for homeless children. She is also a member of “Kapital Kappas,” the Washington, D.C. alumni group of Kappa Kappa Gamma. A mother of twins, she is active in various parenting groups in Northwest D.C. and Chevy Chase. Balance of mind and body are evident in her commitment to yoga, which she has taught internationally for more than a decade.
