With over 40 years of experience in the DC area real estate communities, Andy Greenspan utilizes his vast knowledge and personable demeanor to provide his clients with exceptional service. He is a licensed Broker in Washington, D.C, Maryland and Virginia.

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Andy attended Woodrow Wilson High School and went on to graduate from Franklin & Marshall College. He continued his education at The George Washington University.

Andy has received countless accolades throughout his long career. He has been awarded the distinguished National Association of Realtors Realtor Emeritus status. He is a lifetime member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and has achieved production awards from the Montgomery County and Washington, D.C. Real Estate Boards, as well as individual company production awards. He has served as Chairman for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Grievance and Ethics Committee and is currently a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee.

Andy holds the national and international designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, e-PRO, Certified Negotiations Expert, and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

Andy is happily married with one child and currently resides in Potomac, Maryland.
