Bo’s understanding of the mortgage industry allows him to help buyers navigate the challenges of the home loan process. When reviewing a buyer’s pre-approval with an offer for his listings, Bo knows the questions to ask a lender to give his sellers confidence to ratify the contract.
Bo believes in building stronger communities. As an advocate for the homeless, he worked with the Washington Interfaith Network and the DC government to help establish a free ID program for homeless residents; IDs are an essential key to independence. Bo is an active member of Toastmasters International where he's served as a club president and an Area Director. He supports the DC arts community and is a longtime subscriber of the Shakespeare Theatre Company where he is a member of the Artistic Circle and the Ambassador team.
His favorite pastimes include travel and “journeys of the mind”. He’s an avid traveler who has lived overseas (teaching English in East Africa) and makes regular trips to the U.K. to visit lifelong friends. Bo is a devoted student of metaphysics and the nature of consciousness; he is a supporter of the Division of Perceptual Studies at the University of Virginia, where he graduated with a degree in political science.
