After losing his mother to cancer as a toddler in the Philippines, Clarence came to the United States with his older sister several years later. Learning to adapt to different environments in his formative years has served Clarence well in life and in business. Having lived in Northern Virginia and DC for more than 30 years, he knows the Washington DC metropolitan area. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Clarence provides his clients an outstanding level of competence, dedication and service. Retail management sharpened his marketing skills and provided him great insight into the diverse personalities with whom he works, learning what motivates people and ensuring Clarence is an astute negotiator. His time in banking proves invaluable helping his clients understand the intricacies of the loan process. His role as Regional Director of School Operations shows his exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
