Courtney Abrams is a native Washingtonian who brings success and energy to representing properties in her beloved hometown.
Viewed as communicative, responsive, professional, and dedicated, Courtney is a strong listener with an approachable nature which puts her clients at ease during the purchasing or selling process. Courtney is a full-service agent who specializes in multiple neighborhoods in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Her sales and listings include condominiums, cooperatives, and single-family homes in Northwest, Northeast, Capitol Hill, Arlington, Chevy Chase, and Bethesda.
Courtney was raised in Chevy Chase, DC and graduated from The Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland. She received a BA in Communications from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. While at Denison, Courtney was captain of the Varsity Lacrosse team and named NCAA D-III All-American as a midfielder. In the fall of her junior year, Courtney studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
Courtney has lived in the Glover Park neighborhood of Washington, DC since 2006. In her free time, Courtney coaches youth lacrosse and is an avid runner. She is a member of LUNGevity Foundation's Young Professional's Group which raises funds for lung cancer research. Courtney is also actively involved with Fair Chance, a non-profit supporting underprivileged children living in Washington.
