Born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland, Cristina Cravedi Carrillo currently resides in Kensington, MD. After graduating from Pittsburgh’s Duquesne University with a dual major in Rhetoric Communications and Criminal Justice, Cristina joined Longboard Hospitality Group, where as a Special Events Coordinator she successfully developed and managed events for The Caucus Room in Penn Quarter and later handled corporate events at DC’s historic Willard InterContinental Hotel. Cristina focused her event planning skills on real estate in 2010 when she joined Burr Residential Properties, a firm specializing in the sale of houses in Northwest Washington and close-in Montgomery County (acquired by TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013).
As a lifelong resident of the Metropolitan DC area, Cristina is extremely familiar with its neighborhoods and can help clients quickly and effectively navigate the real estate landscape and easily uncover the perfect solution to their housing needs. When not home in Kensington, MD, Cristina can be found playing golf, swimming, hiking, cooking, or exploring DC’s many new restaurants and other offerings. She loves to travel nationally and internationally, and annually visits family and friends in Whitefish, MT, Naples, FL, and Chatham, Cape Cod, MA.
