Debran, a native North Carolinian and graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in Art History and a concentration in Interior Design from Salem College, moved to Washington, DC in 1993 to pursue her passion for historic preservation, art, architecture, and interior design. For over 20 years, she has combined these skills into a successful and rewarding career in residential real estate.
A careful listener, Debran assesses and matches buyers’ wants and needs to properties that are suitable for their budget, taste, and lifestyle. Equally important, sellers benefit from her interior design expertise, helping them position their home for sale. Both buyers and sellers appreciate Debran’s dependability, honesty, responsiveness, and relentless attention to detail.
Debran and her two school-aged sons reside in North Arlington. Supporting the local community and small businesses is important to Debran. Over the years she has been involved in leadership roles for various non-profit fundraising events, hosted an art show to benefit the local non-profit, Homestretch, organized the Old Dominion Neighborhood Day and Market, served as a docent at the National Building Museum, volunteered with the Junior League of Washington, as co-president of the Wake Forest Alumni Club of DC, and served four years on the Wake Forest Alumni Council. In her free time, Debran enjoys playing golf, kayaking on the Potomac River, walking her Brittany Spaniel, cheering her boys at their ball games, and experiencing the hottest DC-area shops, restaurants, and cultural events. Debran is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
