Graduating from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Rhetorical Studies and Theater, Eric’s sales and marketing career began in the hotel industry, working for a world class luxury brand, Mandarin Oriental. It was here that Eric developed his sense of excellence and the extraordinary customer service for which he is known. His goal is to consistently create a customer experience that is Five Star! Eric has successfully translated his marketing background and love for property into a career in real estate. Coming from the luxury hotel background, he’s been successful in developing strong relationships in various industries, creating high level client interactions thereby allowing him to navigate seamless real estate transactions.
Eric possesses an adept knowledge of the real estate sales process, and serves as a local neighborhood ambassador to buyers, sellers, and investors alike. And as a native Washingtonian and having watched the city's transformation firsthand giving him the perspective of what neighborhoods are on the rise. He consistently raises the bar by providing reliable real estate advice based on his deep market knowledge, innovative tools, strategy and tactics, and his successfully negotiating transactions. He brings all parties together for a win-win!
In his spare time, Eric enjoys fitness training, practicing and competing with his tennis league, and exploring the local restaurant scene in the DMV and around the world. He also has a love for travel, and motivational and inspirational literature, and contributes weekly to his Capitol Hill Toastmasters club where he serves as a member and club officer.
As a native Washingtonian and resident of the Hillcrest neighborhood, Eric assists clients throughout Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
