While working with Architects, he educated himself with the new construction of Single-Family Homes.
His transactions have included but are not limited to, working with Merging Markets, Hedge Fund Managers and assisting Foreign Nationals with their Investments, such as entities from Spain and the Philippines. Mortgage Brokerage Firm, and during that time worked directly with the secondary markets in order to avoid any senseless delays of processing. Also, during this time, Mr. Palau produced radio shows, where Q & A’s were being addressed on both sides of the spectrum, Real Estate, and Residential Loans. Mr. Palau’s clients benefited from this by getting the most competitive interest rates and a reduction of closing cost at the time of settlement. Mr. Palau continuously used his unique professional skills and expertise by getting involved in rehabilitation projects at the Down Town Development Board of Clearwater, Florida and establishing a loyal following in the greater Tampa Bay area when he coached his clients into getting involved with the Florida Down Payment Assistance Program.
