Frederick grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and is a graduate of Purdue University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree. Soon after, he attended American University and received a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy, all while teaching at Hyde Addison Elementary School in Georgetown. While selling the importance of a rich education to the District’s children, he realized his natural charisma and passion for bringing joy to others would merge well with a career in Real Estate. His ability to excite individual’s imaginations helps him connects client’s needs with their future goals, ensuring they find a home that fits them now and in the future. Combining this with his knowledge of the DC school districts, he is able to more adequately service whole families ensuring that their property needs are met in addition to the needs of their children.
On the weekends, you can find him in the Shenandoah exploring some loved trails such as Old Rag, while also finding the paths less traveled. In his spare time, he enjoys running through Meridian Hill Park, as well as walking and biking the District neighborhoods finding new cuisines.
