Fred Kendrick is a 20-year veteran of the real estate profession and an acknowledged authority on the DC real estate market. He co-authors the monthly 'Washington, DC Housing Report,' an insightful look into the single-family and condo markets that is available to his clients and colleagues. Fred combines this unique knowledge of the market with a passion for exceptional customer service and strives to make every transaction as painless and stress-free as possible.
Fred holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. He also holds the e-PRO, the 'At Home with Diversity', and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certifications. He has served on several professional committees including the MRIS Compliance Committee, the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS (GCAAR) Professional Standards Committee, the NAR MLS Committee and is currently serving his second term on the GCAAR Board of Directors. In his spare time, Fred can be found enjoying various kinds of live music (classical, jazz, rock/pop, country) in the many concert venues around the DC area.
