Grace Yang is a native of the Washington metropolitan area. She graduated from Vassar College and Columbia University's Graduate School of Business where she earned her Master's in Business Administration. Afterwards, she worked in New York City as a bank marketing executive and private banker. In 2005, Grace returned to Washington to fulfill her aspiration to work full time in real estate. Her experience in marketing, finance, global banking, and lending proved invaluable in helping clients with their most important financial decision: buying and selling a home. Licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia, Grace has handled virtually every kind of residential real estate transaction - having purchased or sold properties from Rockville, MD to Fairfax County, VA - including single family homes, multi-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, co-ops, rentals, short sales and foreclosures. She specializes in Northwest DC and close-in Maryland, but is available to her clients in every jurisdiction where she is licensed. Having had the experience of living in both the New York and Washington, DC metropolitan areas, she has a special appreciation for the urban aspects of real estate, including: the benefits of condo and co-op living, 'prewar classic' floor plans, townhouses, and weekend homes at the beach or in the country - as well as single family homes. Grace joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty to further enhance her clients' opportunities. The Sotheby's global network enables her to help clients, wherever they may be, in the United States, or in any of the 47 countries where there is a Sotheby's International Realty office. Grace resides in Bethesda, MD, and is an active volunteer of Vassar College - currently serving as Reunion Co-chair, and a member of the Vassar Club of DC (formerly, President of the Vassar Club of New York and Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific Alumni of Vassar College). She is also an officer of Business & Professional Women of Montgomery County.
