Hannah grew up in Kansas City. She graduated from Stephens College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Upon graduation, she and her husband relocated to Palm Beach, Florida where she taught elementary school art. In 2016, they moved to Washington, DC so that her husband could pursue graduate school at Georgetown.
Though she misses the warm weather of Palm Beach, she has utterly fallen in love with the Metro DC area. Hannah is passionate about the historic real estate and neighborhoods in the region; the diverse architecture, aesthetics and cultures. Hannah prides herself on providing concierge service to her clients and their families. She understands that purchasing a home is a significant milestone, and the entire process should feel effortless. With her extensive experience executing complex transactions for her previous investor clientele, Hannah bestows confidence in her clients. Attention to detail, tested negotiating skills and dedication to continued education are some of the reasons Hannah excels.
Working closely with her clients to learn about their unique lifestyle, Hannah identifies properties that fit them just as uniquely. She excels at helping them envision living in a space or creating one that suits their needs. Through her extensive investor and developer network, Hannah often has knowledge of custom-built and/or fully renovated homes before they come to market.
Childhood education remains near and dear to Hannah. She is passionate about educational equity and helping at-risk moms and babies. Hannah supports many local organizations including Borromeo Housing, Crossway Community, Healthy Babies Project and Bright Beginnings. Hannah is also currently working towards becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system. Hannah lives in Arlington with her husband Chaz, their son Theodore and dog Beasley. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, taking Theodore to art and music classes, and exploring DC neighborhoods.
