Having been born and raised in Northern Virginia area and now living in Washington D.C., Homaira is a native to the DMV. Growing up, she always showed a keen interest in real estate, architecture and design. In noticing her interest and knowing her social personality, her father urged her to obtain her real estate license as soon as she turned 18, but that idea was put on the back burner as she wanted to focus on college first. Upon graduating, she began a career in real estate development, exposing her to all of the elements of what makes a firm successful, from the build outs and design, to the financing and leasing of the property. However, about a year and a half later, seeking a change and a move back to the D.C. area, she took a job with a consulting firm in the Capitol City. After her stint in consulting, it became very clear to her that her true passion lied within real estate. She would catch herself researching market data and trends while at work, “real e-stalking” (as she likes to call it) during her free time and couldn’t get back into the field quickly enough. With a breadth of extensive local knowledge, creative negotiation skills, and a focus on client satisfaction, Homaira is a truly dedicated agent who strives to always give 110%.
