Jessica Odrich brings an exciting, innovative approach to our firm. Prior to joining the office of Joseph Olatunde Seriki, at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, she launched a hospitality based tech-startup from the ground up. By learning to be proactive, professional and detail-oriented, Jessica harnesses the ability to think on her feet in a fast-paced environment all while delivering extraordinary results.

Originally from New York, Jessica has extensive knowledge of city life and its development. Her city knowledge coupled by her expertise in hospitality is why our clients choose Jessica. Her ability to perform and please are highly touted amongst industry professionals and consumers alike.

During her spare time, Jessica volunteers with the SPCA to help animals in need. In 2013, Jessica founded a club to help raise awareness for the SPCA. She spends her free time at the SPCA participating in activities that increase the adoptability of the dogs currently residing at the shelter.

A passion and hobby of Jessica’s is horseback riding. She has ridden horses since she was eight years old and competed intercollegiate through college. Jessica’s specialties were in the hunter, jumper, and equitation field.

Jessica is a licensed Realtor in the District of Columbia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Delaware in Hospitality and is currently in pursuit of a Masters Degree from Georgetown University in Project Management.
