Joshua Beamon is a Washington DC native. His love of real estate developed early when, as a child, he watched his father run a home improvement business. During adolescence, Joshua worked beside his father. Throughout Joshua’s high school years, he knew real estate would be his calling. Licensed in all three jurisdictions (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia), he is also NACA Certified. The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is a non-profit community advocacy homeownership organization that assists, counsels, and qualifies potential homeowners through affordability with no down payments, closing costs, or fees. Joshua helps his clients achieve the dream of homeownership by ensuring they understand every part of the process.

Joshua now works alongside Jim Bell who has closed more than $500 million in real estate transactions. He believes that the home buying and selling process is based on his clients’ needs and aspirations. Joshua is an upbeat real estate agent who offers superior solutions that deliver profitable results; he earns respect from his clients due to his professionalism, passion, and knowledge of the market. Joshua loves all things that include spending time with his family and cooking; he spends a great deal with his niece & nephews and loves to learn new recipes.
