Kelly has been a Washington area resident for over thirty years. She and her husband, Rob, have raised their family of four children in American University Park. Kelly is an active volunteer at her children’s schools, including serving as a former PTA President and Board Member for Janney Elementary School. She also is the co-founder of an annual community 5K that raises much needed funding for teachers and students at DCPS. Kelly is an avid runner, and has completed the Marine Corps Marathon several times.
