Kelly Williams has been a top-producing agent in the DC/MD market for 20 years, achieving the Washington, DC Association of Realtors' Rookie of the Year award in 1991, his first year in the business. He has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide since this auspicious start. Kelly brings a unique combination of intuitive skills and comprehensive market knowledge to his clients, many of whom comment on his ability to know what they want and need, often before they do. One of his most important goals in business is to provide his clients with total accountability and assurance that the details will be managed, saving them valuable time and creating an anxiety-free experience. Kelly thrives on personal interaction and relationship dynamics which suits his business well. He has an innate sense of aesthetics and greatly enjoys advising on staging and preparing a property to achieve its maximum potential. He has a wide ranging area of expertise from downtown historic properties and condominiums, to newly built homes in Bethesda and Chevy Chase. Kelly has resided on Capitol Hill, in Mount Pleasant and currently in Logan Circle, with a mountain retreat in the Blue Ridge range of West Virginia. He holds a B.F.A from Webster Conservatory in St. Louis where he was accepted into the advanced Theatre Arts program. Prior to his real estate career, he was fortunate enough to work as an entertainer over much of the U.S., and Europe. His philanthropic interests include Washington Animal Rescue League, Food and Friends, The Nature Conservancy and World Wildlife Fund.
