A native Washingtonian, Kristos possesses the rare combination of enthusiasm, drive and creative ability that allows his clients to consistently meet and exceed their real estate goals. He specializes in the luxury real estate market on the representation of both sellers and buyers throughout the DC area market.

Kristos presently resides in NoMa with his beloved American Staffordshire Terrier, Coco. When he is not selling real estate, he enjoys swimming in the ocean, weightlifting, and spending time at home with his family. Kristos is also an avid Harley Davidson rider and was recently recognized by Harvard Business School as a “High Potentials Leader.”
