Lee Arrowood is a real estate professional in the Georgetown office. She serves as Senior Vice President, Global Advisor of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and works directly with Michael Rankin, the firm's managing partner and the top agent in Washington, DC. Prior to working with Mr. Rankin, Lee was a senior member of The Fleisher Group, led by 40 year industry icon Marc Fleisher.
Building on her passions for real estate development, architecture, and historic preservation, Lee leveraged 20 years as a senior executive in the legal industry to fuel success in her real estate career. Her extensive business and operational experience afford Lee’s clients a unique level of sophistication, and a grasp of the process and data that drive successful sales.
Lee is routinely involved in many of the region’s largest transactions. She has represented some of the District’s most spectacular new construction as well as important historic properties. As an integral member of the TTR Sotheby’s team, Lee produces extraordinary results for her clients by leveraging the firm’s proprietary global marketing, cutting edge digital strategies, and unrivaled access to the most affluent and discerning global clientele.
Lee has deep roots in the DC community. She is a longtime supporter of the National Cathedral, a regular docent for the St. Albans School Christmas House Tour, and a longtime supporter of St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School where she served on the Board of Trustees. She provides ongoing support of N Street Village, which empowers homeless and low-income women in Washington, D.C. A native Bostonian, Lee came to DC in 1989 to work on Capitol Hill and fell in love with the city where she has since lived, worked, and raised three children.
Lee is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. She is an avid skier, hiker, and reader.
