Lee Guerry was a lawyer and a trust officer before going into real estate 15 years ago. She enjoys working with people and helping them solve problems. This makes her well suited for real estate, which of course, is helping people with legal and financial issues and also helping them make very important decisions about an investment that is also very personal. Lee listens to what her clients really want and need and helps them find it, if they are a buyer, or achieve a smooth, satisfactory sale, if they are a seller. Lee works in Virginia and Washington, DC.
Lee graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South and the University of Virginia Law School. She was an Associate at the law firm of Boothe, Prichard and Dudley in Fairfax Virginia, which is now McGuire Woods, where she worked in Real Estate Finance, Zoning and Trusts and Estates. She worked in Personal Trust Business Development where she helped people with their estate and trust planning as well as their investment planning.

She also worked at The Nature Conservancy in Arlington, Virginia as the Planned Giving Officer for the Midwest, where she advised donors about making planned gifts or gifts of real estate. Lee also worked at SunTrust in Alexandria, Virginia as a Private Banking Officer.
