Lledon is 1st Vice President of The DMV Women's Council of NAREB is a nonprofit organization that focuses on community grassroots. The organization's mission is to evaluate the standards of women in the real estate industry by facilitating leadership, education, and the exchange of information through group learning techniques; and to provide an opportunity for women to increase their knowledge and expertise of all facets of the real estate profession
Through her strategic partnerships, Lledon has cultivated. she is actively building out the efforts of affordable housing initiative through White House Agencies such as USAID and The African Union to develop economically distressed communities.
