Maggie Rhodes was born and raised in the Washington, DC area. She has been passionate about real estate, interiors, and architecture from a young age. She earned a B.A. in Art History and International Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and went to graduate school at the George Washington University where she studied Interior Architecture and Design.

In her first year of real estate, Maggie was awarded Rookie of the Year with sales of over eight million. She also received Top Sales Agent and Sales Associate of the Month. Maggie has also designed and renovated multiple homes as well as commercial spaces in the Georgetown area. She loves seeing properties develop to their full potential. Maggie understands how important the home is and is dedicated to finding the perfect fit for her clients, whether it is a move-in ready home, or a house that could be designed to become the perfect home with her vision and design experience.
