Mr. Mahshie has worked with esteemed architects and developers throughout the city and has sold four successful condominium projects. As Senior Vice President, he works with the firm’s associates to increase their knowledge and understanding of residential and commercial architecture and was the firm’s top individual producer for three consecutive years. In 2008, he was appointed by Mayor Adrian Fenty to serve on the Board of Real Property Assessments and Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Fazio has an exceptional understanding of the residential and commercial real estate markets and works primarily as the partnership’s buyer agent. He recently served as Chapter Coordinator for the Washington Mid Atlantic Chapter, Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, and worked with Mr. Mahshie on developing a number of training programs for architects and developers. He also has significant experience in renovations and new construction.
