Margie has called the nation's capital her home for 26 years, first residing in the District and now in Chevy Chase, MD. She is very knowledgeable of the area's different housing and neighborhood options, as well as familiar with the practical aspects of community life in D.C. and the Maryland suburbs.

Margie is a graduate of Davidson College with a B.A. in French. Prior to becoming a realtor, her career was in advertising and marketing, first as an account executive at The Martin Agency, and then as a regional marketing director for Signet Bank (now Wells Fargo). She and her husband have three children and are very involved in their community through their professional and volunteer work. At Landon School, Margie has served as co-chair of the parents association for two years, advisor on the Head of School Search Committee, and member of the Capital Campaign Development Committee. She also enjoys volunteering for the Special Olympics/Montgomery Co., the Literacy Council/Montgomery Co. and Habitat for Humanity.
