Client’s Testimonials
Maria Contos was our agent for our recent move to Washington, D.C. To say she was exceptional is an understatement. She lined up properties for us to visit during the early and trying times of Covid-19. Despite the adjustment to limited availability for previewing, she arranged property visits with health guidelines in place. Housing, economic ranges and lifestyle choices inside the District vary so much from street to street. We were unexpected to find the benefits and differences each neighborhood had despite being so close to each other and she gave us enough tours and information which helped us narrow down the area to make that choice easier. She even negotiated on some areas that proved financially beneficial for us that we hadn't thought about previously. Ultimately, she found the perfect fit for us and was efficient and very communicative between us and the owners and their realtor. If you are looking for a realtor who KNOWS a city inside and out and can provide the utmost support and good communication - Happy and satisfied Buyers in Logan Circle
