Michele Topel is a native Washingtonian, and grew up in the Dupont and Georgetown neighborhoods of Washington, DC. In addition to being a multimillion dollar top producer, Michele has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has served as a sales and marketing executive for some of the largest homebuilders in the country. Through this work she has developed an in depth knowledge of the urban marketplace.

Michele is an expert in market research, sales training, sales management and staffing as well as product design and construction. She is committed to providing not just market expertise but also exceptional client service, and is pleased to have many referrals from delighted past clients.

Michele has worked as a housing expert on a national level, and has been a consultant and certified instructor for the National Association of Homebuilders. She was also honored to serve on the Board of Trustees for the prestigious Institute of Residential Marketing. Michele is committed to using her expertise to further the interests of her clients be they large residential developers or individual home buyers and sellers. She is licensed in The District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.

When not working, Michele loves to read and travel and spend time with her two daughters.
