Peter has over a decade of experience in managing and selling Washington area real estate. His real estate career began in the form of property management, which gave him an excellent foundation of knowledge for both investors as well as DC residents that are determining whether they want to rent or sell a current asset. These years in property management also fortified Peter's knowledge of building systems and maintenance. Peter began his real estate sales career with local developer PN Hoffman. This honed his understanding of multi-unit sales and allowed him to master new home sales in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Peter joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2012 and has found his true calling, consulting buyers and sellers on residential real estate investment and negotiating the best terms for his clients using integrity, experience, and skill. He truly enjoys the dichotomy of helping people buy the right home for their lifestyle and using vibrant, broad marketing methods to help maximize the return on investment when people sell. Peter is straight-forward and down to earth. He has an inherent curiosity with regards to diversity and culture, which corresponds well with the population of Greater Washington. Peter was born in Illinois but has lived in five states and two countries. He graduated Cum Laude from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Communication Studies. Peter has currently visited twenty-four countries on five continents, to date. Some of Peter's travels were while conducting market research studies, contributing to his knowledge of research and data analysis, vital tools in real estate. In Washington, you may find Peter taking in the sights of the city downtown while running. Peter currently lives in the Park View neighborhood in Northwest DC and works from the Chevy Chase, MD office. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
