A native of Akron, Ohio, Phil Dickson graduated from Denison University, where he earned a BA in Environmental Studies and Spanish. After stints at the Environmental Bankers Association, the Brookings Institution and the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change, he worked at the US Green Building Council. Moving into real estate sales in 2011, he's sold properties throughout the DC Metro area, from condos to coops to fee simple homes. His clients have included local business leaders, military families, and members of Congress, many of whom came by referral. As a four-year chair of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Green Subcommittee, he helped 'green' the region's multiple listing service, making it easier for buyers and their agents to identify green homes, and helping sellers and their agents market them. He lives in the National Landing neighborhood of Arlington, and is licensed in DC, MD and VA.
