CHRISTIE-ANNE WEISS
Christie-Anne Weiss is a Senior Vice President and Global Advisor at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. She is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Christie began her real estate career in 1983 after completing an MBA at Columbia University, an AB degree with honors at Duke University, and a CEP degree at l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in France. In addition to listing and selling residential property, Christie developed an early specialization in multi-unit residential transactions where both her analytical skills and knowledge of DC landlord and tenants’ rights helped clients achieve value. Her passion for horses and the outdoors launched a niche specialization in Virginia Hunt country estate properties.
As her family grew, Christie reduced professional engagement from 1994 until 2010 when she returned to the field full-time. Today, she and her business partner, Christopher Ritzert, specialize in luxury real estate across the region, and are recognized as industry experts in the condominium sector. Christie devotes much of her time to arts and education initiatives that include: Board Chair - Teach For America, DC Region, and a U.S. Director position for Shakespeare’s Globe London. Christie is known for her tireless energy, high ethical standards, and commitment to community. She and her husband of 35 years, Jeff Weiss, have four grown children.

CHRISTOPHER RITZERT
Christopher D. Ritzert is a Senior Vice President and Global Advisor with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. He is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Christopher is a native Washingtonian, where he still resides. He began his real estate career in 1985 after receiving a BA in Political Science from Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina, and studying at the Université d’Aix-Marseille in France.
Working in international consulting and development in a number of Francophone countries in North and West Africa, Christopher developed resiliency, flexibility and a keen sense of adventure. Extensive travel also honed his appreciation for the importance of “home,” which, along with a lifelong interest in architecture and buildings, helped inform his choice of a career in residential real estate. In 2001, Millennium Partners of New York City invited him to join the sales team for the two Residences at the Ritz-Carlton projects in Washington, DC. Subsequently, he became the principal broker. Christopher has consulted on a number of new home and condominium projects, and has brokered many of the most expensive condominium sales in the Washington metropolitan area. Known for his discretion, commitment to clients, and outstanding relationships within the real estate community, Christopher works with his business partner, Christie-Anne Weiss, to exceed each client’s real estate goals.
