Born in Washington DC, and raised in Chevy Chase, Maryland, Sarah is a fourth generation Washingtonian. She attended Concord Hill School, Holton Arms School and Graduated high school from Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH. She attended the University of Miami and graduated American University with a degree in Public Communications. Sarah's Great-Grandfather and Grandfather were both Northern Virginia land owners and developers. Her father is a Washington based Real Estate Lawyer, investor, and an owner of three residential property management companies. Sarah grew up hearing and talking about all aspects of her family's real estate business. Coupled with her early immersion in the business, Sarah brings experience, knowledge of our neighborhoods, a solid work ethic and negotiating skills utilized in getting her deals closed. She is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia and has sold and leased residential property in all three jurisdictions and at various price points. For both longtime residents and newcomers, Sarah will provide objective counsel and advice in assisting clients in all aspects of the purchase and sale of their home. Sarah has lived in Woodley Park and The West End. She presently resides with her husband Roland (also in the real estate business) and their son William in a 108 year old home, they recently renovated, in Chevy Chase Village across the street from her childhood home.
