As a native Washingtonian, I have lived and experienced the ups and downs of the DC metropolitan real estate market and have seen it grow into the vibrant industry it is today. I earned my Business/Marketing degree from University of Maryland, College Park and have worked professionally in property management as well as advertising sales throughout the area before becoming a Realtor. My interest in real estate grew out of my own personal search for a home in suburban Maryland over 10 years ago. This personal experience provided me with detailed knowledge of home values in the Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase and Kensington neighborhoods and familiarized me with the many school options, recreational facilities and community resources available in the metropolitan area. Having grown up in a family of architects, I pride myself in a natural ability to envision a home's current and future potential, particularly assisting clients develop ideas for remodeling and home improvements to meet their needs. My Cuban-American heritage gifted me with fluency in Spanish which enables me to communicate effectively with the larger public and with my many service providers in the industry. I currently reside in the beautiful community of Ashleigh in Bethesda with my husband and four children. My primary goal in business is the satisfaction of each and every one of my clients. I strive to tailor my business around your individual and unique needs to ensure you have a successful, professional and stress-free experience. It would be a pleasure to assist you and your family in buying or selling a home in DC and Maryland.
