He's lived in two properties featured in Best Addresses: The Altamont at 1901 Wyoming Avenue and, now, The Watergate, where he serves on several committees and focuses both his real-estate and interior-design businesses. During his career, he's worked on many renowned Washington D.C. properties including the Wardman Mansion, the Hirshhorn house (Joseph Hirshhorn's private art collection is permanently exhibited at the Smithsonian), and the city's best-known guest house (dating back to 1824). He serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgetown Club, is a member of the University Club, has a passion for green living and grew up on a 3,000-acre farm. He also works in Palm Beach, Fla., where he resides and is a member of the Palm Beach Yacht Club and the Palm Beach Historical Society.
