Stephanie grew up in northern New Jersey with her mom, stepdad, brother and sister. Born into a creative family, she was immersed in the world of design and architecture at a very young age. Her great-grandfather was a Ukrainian architect for Edward Durell Stone, and his projects included the National Gallery of Art and the auditorium in the John F. Kennedy Center. In addition, Stephanie’s stepdad is a photographer, and with his example she has developed a keen eye for detail, color, lighting, as well as the skill to blend the image with reality to create a story. It is no surprise with this background that Stephanie attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she studied Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design with a minor in Fashion Merchandising Management.
Following graduation, Stephanie worked for a luxury brand in New York City within their Global Visual department. Three months after Stephanie met her now-husband, she took a risk and moved to D.C., taking a position as a Visual Manager in Tysons, Virginia. During her career leading a visual team, merchandising and executing window creatives, Stephanie was the top in sales within her department for the entire company. Stephanie’s strategic thinking, strong creative problem solving power, capacity to exercise judgement under pressure while providing innovative solutions led her to realize her true passion in real estate.
Her prior experience in merchandising and display guarantee her client’s a quick sale for top dollar. She quickly hones in on the target market, knowing what they are looking for and need. Stephanie's creativity and background makes the home inviting to potential buyers. She completes a visual package that balances color, texture, landscaping, décor while communicating a story. Stephanie works hand-in-hand with all vendors to ensure that everything is executed perfectly for her clients.
Stephanie years of experience in visual design have given her an uncanny ability transform her clients’ ideas and passions into a reality. Her merchandising skills allow her to break down and recreate a vision that is particular to her clients’ needs. Since Stephanie’s roots are in northern New Jersey, she is empathetic to those moving to the DC Metro Area for the first time. Stephanie ensures her clients feel welcomed and connected to the DMV. These skills, combined with Stephanie’s attention to detail and keen memory, guarantee that she meets her client’s needs and exceeds their expectations.
Stephanie currently lives in Courthouse, a walkable urban setting in Arlington, VA, with her husband Matthew. Matthew is an actuary in Silver Spring MD. Stephanie is very active in the wellness community, and frequently attends her local barre studio, Xtend Barre, and SoulCycle classes. In her spare time, she enjoys playing chess and listening to classical music.
