Mr. Castagnola is a licensed Associate Broker in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Young Professional Network at the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. He was born in Annapolis, Maryland and was raised in the Washington Metropolitan Region. Mr. Castagnola earned a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona. His interests in art history brought him to the Washington, D.C. affiliate of Sotheby's. He has experienced the transformation of the city since 1995 and currently resides in Logan Circle. While Mr. Castagnola works with buyers and sellers throughout the region, his current focus is on the Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, and Shaw neighborhoods of Northwest Washington. This is due to his admiration for the historical architectural styles that are prevalent in these neighborhoods. He is also interested in contemporary architecture and has had the pleasure of working with several renowned local developers on new construction projects throughout the region. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Castagnola was a highly successful client centered sales associate at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
