Kelly Williams has been a top-producing agent in the DC/MD market for over 30 years, achieving the Washington, DC Association of Realtors' Rookie of the Year award in 1991, his first year in the business. Kelly has resided on Capitol Hill, in Mount Pleasant and currently in the West End, with a country farm in Warrenton Virginia where he pursues his passion for horses and tennis. He holds a B.F.A from Webster Conservatory in St. Louis where he was accepted into the advanced Theatre Arts program. Prior to his real estate career, he was fortunate enough to work as a musical theatre entertainer over much of the U.S., and Europe. His philanthropic interests include Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Fauquier SPCA and Rosemont Center. He has teamed with Loic Pritchett for the last 10 years as the dynamic duo Williams-Pritchett Team and they have consistently been ranked as Top Team in the Downtown Office for the last several years.
Loic Pritchett, a native Washingtonian has consistently been ranked in the elite Top 100 agents in the DC metro area. He currently enjoys life residing in DC's Mount Pleasant neighborhood with his young family and zany dog Zorro. In close proximity lies Rock Creek Park, which provides the perfect opportunity for some of Loic's coveted leisure activities: nature photography and running the trails. Some of Loic's favorite philanthropic causes includes Rosemount Center, Martha's Table and Nature Conservancy.
